Terms & Conditions:
1. Standard rates apply once the Cap limit is reached. Cap includes national voice inclusive of $100 international voice and video calls, national and international SMS & MMS, voicemail, 13/1300/1800 numbers & directory assistance and your inclusion of either Sports, News & Weather or Fun Cap. Cap and minimum monthly spend does not include some content, calls to premium numbers and premium SMS. Standard international rates apply once the international voice and video call value limit is reached.
2. Standard rates +30c flagfall apply once the free minute limit is reached.
3. Excludes Mobile TV and other content and services. Content only available in 3's Broadband Zones.
4. Total min cost over 24 months is $1176 (based on $49 min monthly spend). If the service is disconnected within 24 months, $49 a month for remaining months of contract is payable & you must pay all outstanding charges. Phone & Mobile Broadband services will terminate. Offer available with other mobiles, additional handset instalments may apply. Check for USB modem/card compatibility with your PC or laptop before you buy.

6.Within 3's Broadband Zone additional usage above the broadband zone allowance is charged at 10c/MB. 3 Broadband Zone allowance includes combined upload & download data transfer. Included data expires each month. Additional usage above the national roaming allowance is charged at the rate of $1.65 per MB. Your allowance will be prorated in the first month. Per MB pricing is charged per KB. Broadcast SMS facility available on the Mobile Broadband Card/USB Modem when using laptops with a Windows operating system. SMS charged at 15 c per address. Any non-data use (e.g. voice calls, SMS/MMS and content) is charged in addition to your data plan. Broadband availability: Broadband speeds are available in 3's Broadband Zone covering the greater metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast & Geelong. Actual speed achieved varies depending on factors such as device capabilities, location and network usage. Check for USB modem/card/key compatibility with your PC or laptop before you buy. Connection only available to customers who live or work at addresses within 3's Broadband Zone.
